Welcome to Wilson’s Firewood – your trusted local supplier of premium kiln-dried firewood, proudly based in the heart of Nottinghamshire. Established in 2024, we are a family-run business operated by the Wilson family, Stephen & Sarah Wilson along with sons Samuel & Shamus.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality, sustainably sourced firewood, with 90% of timber being sourced within 70 miles of our yard.

All of our timber is kiln-dried below 20%, we do this using the waste wood from the logging process to power our kiln to dry your logs. Samples are taken of the logs and moisture readings are taken from the outside and the inside of the log to ensure that you get a proper burn from a low moisture log. This gives a cleaner and hotter burn

At Wilson’s Firewood, we believe that great fires start with great logs. That’s why we’re proud to hold both Woodsure and Grown in Britain certifications – ensuring that every piece of timber we cut is responsibly and sustainably sourced right here in Britain.

We also rumble each log at least four times to remove any excess bark and debris, meaning every bag you receive contains only the best kiln-dried logs – no waste, just maximum value.
