Where do you deliver?

Charges for Delivery are as follows and will be calculated on checkout:
Within 15 miles – Free delivery
15-25 miles – £20.00 inc VAT 20%
25-60 miles – £55.00 inc VAT 20%
Over 60 miles – sorry this is currently unavailable

Absolutely!

Every bag of logs comes with free kindling, the smaller bags receive a single pack worth £7.00 and the larger ones recieve three packs worth £21.00.

Additionally, if you purchase two smaller bags of logs, a combination discount applies to Hardwood + Stovewood and Hardwood + Oak. £15.00 will be discounted automatically at the checkout.

Our prices are shown inclusive of VAT based on residential use, which is 5% for the fuel and 20% for the delivery if charged. If you are a commercial customer, we are required by law to charge 20% VAT on the entire order. We do not store your card details, indeed we don’t even see them momentarily.

We use the payment provider Stripe to handle our payments, and they are the only ones who use your details. You can optionally ask them to save your card details which they manage on their server, nothing is stored by us. 

For all our logs:
  • Bags have a weatherproof lid so they can be left outside
  • Kiln dried to below 20% moisture
  • Cut, kiln-dried and bagged by us
  • Ready to Burn certified
  • Registered with Grown in Britain
  • Cut to 25cm in length
  • 90% of the timber is from within 70 miles of our yard
  • Responsibly sourced from sustainable woodlands
  • No big ugly logs
  • All wood is ‘rumbled’ four times to remove most of the bark and small logs
