How We Collect Information
With regard to online orders placed on the website we collect, as part of the process, the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will only be used in conjunction with your order. We do not share your information with any third parties.
Online Payments
Payments for orders are processed by Stripe. We do not have access to customers’ payment or banking details, nor do we store this information, however you can opt to ask Stripe to save your card on their system whilst making a payment.
Newsletter Sign-Up
With regard to customers who sign up to our newsletter via a form on our website, their name and email address are stored in www.mailpoet.com and they have easy access to this data. Customers need to acknowledge the Privacy Policy before signing up. An unsubscribe button is attached to all of our newsletters. Customers and account holders ordering product are not added to our newsletter subscription automatically. They are required to sign up to this independently and confirm through a “double-opt in” email.
