How We Contact You
After you have placed an order we will contact you by email or phone to discuss delivery times and check out access. We will also be pleased to give advice on storage.
Terms Of Service
Payment must be paid online when you order the product(s) and will include the VAT charge. You will receive a confirmation email. Orders can also be placed over the phone by calling 07957 958 520. Payment will then be cash on delivery or online BACS. VAT for products on the website is charged at 5% which assumes you are a domestic user. For commercial use please call 07957 958 520 or email info@wilsonsfirewood.co.uk. Delivery outside the Free within 15 miles radius is charged at 20%
Visiting Our Site
For safety reasons it is not possible for customers to visit the site to purchase our products or make enquiries about our business or services.

Payment Policies
Pricing of products is clearly displayed on the website and product prices and delivery charges (outside the free area) include VAT. The Company reserves the right to change / update these without notice. Payment is required when the order is placed.
Refund Policy
Given the nature of the product, once ordered, paid for and delivered no refund is possible.
Delivery Charges
Charges for Delivery are as followed and will be calculated on checkout:
Within 15 miles – Free delivery
15-25 miles – £20.00 inc VAT 20%
25-60 miles – £55.00 inc VAT 20%
Over 60 miles – sorry this is currently unavailable
User Accounts
Guest purchases can be made if the customer prefers not to open an account.
Liability
.Local deliveries are made by the Company. Deliveries outside of the free delivery area are usually made by the Company but may be sub-contracted out. It is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements for delivery to a place where large delivery vehicles can have appropriate and safe access. This will be discussed following the placement of order(s). You are responsible for ensuring your stove / fire / burner meets Government regulations.

Wilson’s Firewood Ltd reserve the right to change / update their website (including product prices and delivery charges). It is your responsibility to ensure you read them before every purchase.
